Lead Times

All items in our shop are handmade to order and have a 5-7 business day lead time. Items will ship from our studio after the 7th day via USPS Priority Mail. Please note: Priority Mail is not guaranteed, therefore, if you need your items by a specific date that is in 10 business days or less, you MUST select Express shipping AND notify us of your event date. You may qualify for a refund ONLY if you purchase express shipping, notify us of your event date and we agree to ship sooner that our standard ship dates.

Returns and Exchanges

Since your order was handmade especially for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please contact us if your order is incorrect or damaged, however, and we will be happy to offer a replacement.   

International Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all fees and duties incurred at customs. Paper Fox La is not responsible for covering any international expenses.
